Insomniac Games is set to announce tomorrow that it is expanding operations and will open a new studio in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Sega of America announced today that they have licensed Epic’s Unreal Engine 3 for a new cross-platform title. Coming almost a year after signing a previous deal with the Cary, NC-based company, Sega didn’t offer any other information on the game but said more details would be coming soon.
