Take-Two Interactive has announced their intentions to remain an independent company, according to a Reuters report this morning.
“Take-Two’s Board of Directors has determined that it is in the best interests of stockholders to conclude its review of strategic alternatives and to continue operating and building Take-Two as an independent company,” the company said.
Electronic Arts recently stopped their pursuit of trying to acquire the company after many months of attempts. The article also mentions that “various interested parties” had discussions with them regarding an acquisition.
