Capcom is gearing up to debut their new Resident Evil film, Resident Evil: Degeneration, at a number of outlets around the world in the coming weeks.
Starting next week on October 10, Capcom will premiere the movie to the world at the 2008 Tokyo Game Show. Following that, the film will make its North American premiere at the New York City Horror Film Festival on November 13, and conclude with a November 18 showing at a Fangoria-Sponsored event in Los Angeles.
Resident Evil: Degeneration is a CGI film that looks to take place following the destruction of Raccoon City (seven years according to Capcom) in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis and before the events of Resident Evil 4. It’s set to be released for DVD and Blu-ray in the U.S. on December 30.
