As if people didn’t have enough to worry about, Peggle is now available on for your phone… well, at least if you have one that supports it. A quick check of Verizon’s network on the Env was a no go (and a purchase would have been purely for research, I swear). Regardless, the mobile version has the same appeal: slamming a ball into orange pegs. That’s it, although it is more complicated.

PopCap states the game was downloaded 20 million times from web, so it’s a given a mobile version was in the works. If it plays as well as Chuzzle and Bookworm, we’re all in trouble.
