Capcom is putting in some serious work in distinguishing the home and console versions of Street Fighter IV, and all of it to this point has looked great so far. Whether its new characters, anime sequences, or the recent marketing pushes, it’s genuinely refreshing to see them taking the approach since they literally just brought Street Fighter III out and that was it.
Over the weekend, they released a new anime trailer for the game that details the events of the game’s story shortly after Street Fighter II. Clocking in at around four minutes, it places an emphasis on Chun-Li but features all of the significant characters as well. It even features Cammy, which is slightly astounding to me since she just recently won the fan vote. Check it out for yourself below.
