The NBA2K series is getting ready to enter untreaded territory, as 2K Sports confirmed today on their official forums that NBA 2K9 is coming to the PC.
“Many of you have already seen that NBA 2K9 will be released on the PC on various sites, and I wanted to confirm that,” says 2K Admin Ron on the board. “The extra bit of news, however, is that the game will be a Xbox 360 port.”
So, it’s basically like any other multiplatform port nowadays which is good news for PC gamers anyway. With NBA Live 09 out of the picture, it leaves NBA 2K9 as the only game in town for PC hoops. Expect in it stores two weeks after the console releases on October 21.
