A weekly update on the status of Bionic Commando has revealed the game is doing quite well. While Capcom expected 100,000 units across all platforms (PC, PS3, Xbox 360), Rearmed beat the odds for 130,000 units over its first week on sale. This is viewed by Capcom that buyers want four things:
We are tired of meta-emulated crap.
We want the titles of yesteryear to be paid the proper respect.
We want them done right.
And if the price is right, we’ll buy.
The last one is one of the most important, especially with the rising cost of Live Arcade games as of late.
