If you’re still holding out on Microsoft’s sequel to the Xbox, this Sunday may be the day to take the plunge. Multiple retailers are confirming the drop on the 20GB model, from $349 to $299. Microsoft on the other hand is silent as to this change. There is apparently no price plunge planned on the 360 Elite.
Seems odd that Microsoft is dropping Sunday and not setting the announcement for E3 and dropping the price the following Sunday. Still, this is an easy way to steal the thunder from the competition prior to the event, and gives them some fuel when they go on stage.
