Capcom’s latest remake/update/sequel after Commando 3, Super Street Fighter II HD Remix, and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD will be 1942: Joint Strike. A gorgeous vertical shooter, 1942 puts players in seat of a WWII fighter, blasting down hordes of enemy jets. The 3-D graphical makeover is only one addition, with the online co-op and all new soundtrack also making this one an almost guaranteed purchase for genre fans.
Xbox 360 owners will have their chance to take to the skies on July 23rd, while PSN owners wait until the usual Thursday launch on July 24th.
