Hot off of the heels of our Metal Gear Solid 4 review, it looks like there’s more good stuff coming for fans of the series really soon. Like tomorrow soon.

PlayStation Blog’s Brand Laurino unveiled tonight that the official Metal Gear Solid 4 database on its way to the PlayStation Store tomorrow evening for the low, low cost of free.

“The MGS4 Database is a free, downloadable interactive application that contains the official knowledge base of everything that is Metal Gear, reaching all the way back to the very beginning of the franchise. Including complete storylines, character profiles, relationship diagrams, and much more! The MGS4 database is a great way to catch up for someone new to Metal Gear, as well as a useful resource for any veteran of the series, with complete official details on every aspect of the intricate Metal gear lore.” - Brandon Laurino, PlayStation Blog

Laurino also confirmed that new camouflage and a new music track for the in-game iPod can now be found in the DLC extras section at the game’s main menu.
