Rock Band’s DLC for the week of June 17 was unveiled tonight by IGN, and it will be the full album release of The Pixies’s “Dooli……WAIT, STOP THE PRESSES!!
As the situation turns out, IGN actually goofed on the reveal for “Doolittle,” and it’ll actually be on its way on June 24, which is in two weeks from now.
“Despite published reports, next week’s DLC isn’t actually the Pixies (that comes the week of June 24th). Instead we have two tracks from Avenged Sevenfold, a track from The Offspring, and a track from Crooked X.” - hmxsean, from the official Rock Band forums.
The actual songs for the week of June 17, as mentioned above, are the following:
“Afterlife” by Avenged Sevenfold
“Critical Acclaim” by Avenged Sevenfold
“Hammerhead” by The Offspring
“Rock N Roll Dream” by Crooked X
All of the songs with the exception of “Rock N Roll Dream” will sell for 160 Microsoft Points (or $1.99). “Rock N Roll Dream” will sell for 80 Microsoft Points (or $.99).
