Could Nintendo be a little jealous? Nyko’s Kama Nunchuck, a wireless version of the Nunchuck attachment for the Wii, has apparently infringed on Nintendo’s copyright. In their complaint, Nintendo states that the accessory “wholly appropriates the novel shape, design, overall appearance and even the color and materials used in the Nintendo Nunchuk controller.”

This leads to the question that if the Nunchuck is a violation, why isn’t Nyko’s wireless sensor bar also a problem?
