The Florida Bar has given Jack Thompson his day in court… which he walked out on. The infamous anti-game attorney became frustrated during the proceedings and reportedly walked out after Judge Dava Tunis refused to hear his objections. Thompson claimed she had no legal right to hold the hearing due to unsigned paperwork. The court, after his abrupt exit, decided on a recommendation of a 10 year disbarment punishment.
Next, the U.S. District Court dismissed Thompson’s lawsuit against the Florida Bar. Thompson claimed he was unconstitutionally barred from representing himself against the bar.
