Last Thanksgiving, Xbox 360 owners who had Guitar Hero III got a pleasant surprise when Activision and Bungie Studios came together to provide Steve Vai’s popular Mjolnir Mix to the Halo 3 theme song. PlayStation 3 owners were left out in the cold at the time, but that’s about to change.
Earlier this morning, Sony gave out notice in their PlayStation newsletter that the PS3 version of Guitar Hero III will be getting their own exclusive song as a God of War track will be coming to the game on June 5. The song, which is unrevealed at this point, will be free to download.
