Take-Two, the publisher of Grand Theft Auto IV, sued the Chicago Transit Authority on Monday for $300,000 on the accusation of pulling advertisements down without further explanation.

The ads, which started appearing a week before the game released on April 29, were taken down following a local Fox News report that questioned why they were still allowed to run despite the recent rise of crime in the city.
